Eligibility & Entry
- Open to lecturers, teachers, staff, and students (individual or team entries).
- Multiple entries are permitted; each entry requires a separate registration and fee.
Deliverables & Deadline
- Recorded presentation video (mandatory), maximum 15 minutes, clearly explaining the innovation, implementation, and evidence.
- Slide deck (PDF/PPTX) with labelled sections.
- Extended abstract using the provided template (concise and complete).
- Submission deadline: 23 August 2025 (23:59 MYT).
Important: The recorded video and the extended abstract must be submitted on or before the deadline. If a required deliverable is missing or late: (i) the project will not be evaluated; (ii) participation will be considered withdrawn; (iii) the registration fee is non-refundable.
Judging Modality
- Judging is conducted online based on the submitted recorded presentation video (mandatory) and slide deck; no live pitching/Q&A.
- Evaluation is based on the submitted recorded video and slide deck.
Clarification: If slides are missing, the video will be assessed; if the video is missing, the slides will be assessed. Submissions with slides only (no video) will incur a substantial score deduction.

General Terms
- Judges’ decisions are final.
- The organiser may adjust timelines or formats if required, with reasonable notice.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Submission implies acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.
