Ms. Talitha Amalia is an inspiring leader and education advocate based in
Bandung, Indonesia. With a strong academic foundation, including a Master
of Arts in Education and International Development from University College
London and fellowships at Cambridge University with AVPN Academy and
the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, Talitha has consistently demonstrated
her commitment to empowering individuals through education.
As the Chief Operating O icer of Solve Education!, Talitha has managed
global operations and led cross-functional teams across multiple countries,
driving innovative education solutions and enhancing organisational
e iciency. Her leadership extends to conducting signi‹cant research on
digitalisation and women's entrepreneurship in collaboration with
international foundations and institutes.
Talitha's mission is to empower individuals to thrive in a globalised world,
leveraging her expertise in education, strategic philanthropy, and
international development. She is also a con creator, keynote speaker, and
advocate for women's wellness, continually striving to create impactful
educational experiences and foster community engagement.

Associate Professor Dr. Syakirah binti Samsudin
Senior Lecturer, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI)
Keynote Title:
Service Learning for Sustainability: Empowering
Students, Enriching Communities
Associate Professor Dr. Syakirah binti Samsudin is a distinguished academic
and educator, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Science
and Mathematics at UPSI. With over 25 years of service at UPSI, Assc. Prof.
Dr. Syakirah has made signi‹cant contributions in various capacities,
including developing micro-credential academic programs and serving as a
UPSI SULAM Trainer from 2019 to 2021. Their collaboration with Universitas
Negeri Padang since 2023 highlights their international engagement.
Associate Professor Dr. Syakirah holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation
Biology and Ecology from UKM, a Master of Science in Conservation Biology,
and a Ph.D. in Animal Physiology from the University of Dundee, UK. She
further enhanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Certi‹cate in Teaching
and Learning in Higher Education from the University of Roehampton, UK, and
a Professional Diploma in Competency-Based Talent Management from
UMPSA.
Recognized for her excellence in teaching, Associate Professor Dr. Syakirah
has received several awards, including the Teaching and Learning Award
(Science Category) AKIRA 2023. She is also a proli‹c author, contributing to
numerous guidelines and policy papers on teaching, learning, and curriculum
development for the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.
In addition to her academic roles, Associate Professor Dr. Syakirah has served
as an international auditor for AsTEN Teaching Quality Assurance (ATQA) and
has been actively involved in various committees and consortiums, reœecting
her leadership and dedication to advancing education.
